1\u00a0\u00a0Scope & Audience<\/h3>

These Terms govern all services offered by Task\u00a0Genie to business customers (\u00a7\u00a014\u00a0BGB) only<\/strong>. Consumers (\u00a7\u00a013\u00a0BGB) may not purchase our services.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2\u00a0\u00a0Services<\/h3>

  • Run\u00a0My\u00a0Shop<\/strong> \u2014 operational back\u2011office support<\/p><\/li>

  • Know\u00a0My\u00a0Numbers<\/strong> \u2014 analytics, dashboards, Excel automation<\/p><\/li>

  • Grow\u00a0My\u00a0Sales<\/strong> \u2014 marketing, CRO, website & funnel optimisation<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3\u00a0\u00a0Engagement Workflow<\/h3>

    1. Discovery Call<\/strong> (non\u2011binding)<\/p><\/li>

    2. Pilot Week<\/strong> \u2014 trial tasks<\/p><\/li>

    3. Contract<\/strong> \u2014 monthly retainer, task\u2011pack, or annual agreement<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      4\u00a0\u00a0Fees & Payment<\/h3>

      Invoices issued every 14\u00a0days<\/strong>; payable within 14\u00a0days by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
      Late payments accrue statutory default interest 9\u00a0percentage points above ECB base rate plus \u20ac40 collection fee<\/strong> (\u00a7\u00a0288\u00a0BGB).<\/p>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      5\u00a0\u00a0Cancellations<\/h3>

      • Monthly contracts: 14\u00a0days\u2019 notice to month\u2011end.<\/p><\/li>

      • Annual contracts: 1\u00a0month before renewal date.<\/p><\/li>

      • Task\u2011packs: non\u2011refundable once work has started.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        6\u00a0\u00a0Client Obligations<\/h3>

        Provide timely access, lawful data, and refrain from abusive or illegal content. Compliance with EU law is required.<\/p>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        7\u00a0\u00a0Confidentiality<\/h3>

        Both parties shall keep confidential information secret for five (5) years<\/strong> beyond the end of the contract, except where disclosure is required by law.<\/p>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        8\u00a0\u00a0Intellectual Property<\/h3>

        Task\u00a0Genie retains ownership of methods and templates. Client receives a perpetual, non\u2011exclusive licence to use deliverables internally.<\/p>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        9\u00a0\u00a0Liability<\/h3>

        Task\u00a0Genie is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of cardinal obligations and capped at the total fees paid in the preceding 12\u00a0months<\/strong>. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        10\u00a0\u00a0Force\u00a0Majeure<\/h3>

        Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, internet outages). Obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.<\/p>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        11\u00a0\u00a0Modifications to Terms<\/h3>

        We may amend these Terms. Changes take effect 30\u00a0days after written notice<\/strong> (e\u2011mail). Continued use constitutes acceptance.<\/p>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        12\u00a0\u00a0Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h3>

        German law applies. Exclusive venue is the competent court of Itzehoe, Schleswig\u2011Holstein<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
