We use Google Analytics 4 with IP‑anonymisation (anonymize_ip) enabled.
Cookie consent is managed by CookieYes CMP; non‑essential cookies are blocked until you choose “Accept”.
You can revoke consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

5  Data Recipients & International Transfer

• Hostinger International Ltd. (DE data centre) — hosting & e‑mail

• Google Ireland Ltd. — analytics (DPA & SCCs in place)

• WebPress / Elementor plugins — functional services

• Task Genie remote team (India) — contracted data processors.
  Transfer safeguarded by 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses + NDA & Data Processing Agreement.

6  Retention Periods

• Contact & support e‑mails: 3 years after last interaction.

• Commercial documents: 6 years (§ 257 HGB); tax documents: 10 years (§ 147 AO).

• Google Analytics data: IP anonymised; aggregated after 26 months.

7  Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection (Art 15–22 GDPR). We respond within one month (Art 12 (3)).
You may lodge a complaint with the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig‑Holstein (ULD), Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel.

8  No Mandatory Data Protection Officer
